At Kuribara Trading, fresh, safe, and high-quality eggs produced at Kurisho Farm and designated contract farms are transported to our egg factory, where they are carefully washed and automatically sorted with a fully automated washing and packaging system. Eggs with cracks, dirt, or blood spots are automatically removed, and the eggs are hygienically packed in cartons or boxes to be delivered fresh to our customers.

Liquid Egg Production

Kuribara Trading manufactures and sells “liquid eggs.”

Eggs have applications for commercial and processing purposes, and we produce liquid eggs, which are eggs with the shell removed.
Liquid eggs are used in a variety of products, including thick omelets, shredded eggs, and omelets, as well as in dishes like oyakodon and chawanmushi. They are widely used in the food service industry, bakeries, and confectioneries, making them an essential product in Japan's food culture.

Onsen Eggs

Kuribara Trading's onsen eggs are made using a traditional hot water method. The firmness can be adjusted to meet customer needs, either softer or firmer.
We handle various packaging types, including commercial products for specific applications and household products with soup stock. Our system allows us to meet specific needs, including adjustments to heating levels.
